Project Description

The team were carrying some big repairs at this independent living complex in Oxford. Only 1 of the 3 GB162’s were working, the 2.5” solenoid had failed and hot water temp was struggling to achieve even 45 degrees and to add to all this the secondary hot water pipework had pin-holed.

All 3 boilers now up and running and fully tested, new solenoid installed, secondary pipework replaced and nice hot water for the home and system now fully back to how it should be.
