Gas Safety Checks and Certification
All organisations with structures that contain gas appliances and fittings are required by law to have annual inspections under the Commercial Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 2018.
After an inspection, we will provide full details of the work required (if any) to pass the inspection and once complete SN Commercial Gas will issue you with the necessary gas safety certificates below to ensure your organisation's premises are safe and legally compliant.

Catering
Certificates are valid for 12 months; however, we offer both annual and six-monthly inspections for additional peace of mind.
It’s important that inspections are carried out on time, as failure to produce the required safety certificate(s) could potentially lead to your organisation receiving a fine from your local authority.
After issuing your first certificate, SN Commercial Gas will contact you every year to ensure you don’t miss the deadline; we will work with you to make sure your organisation remains compliant at all times.
